We provide all monitoring, support and management services. The plan also includes unlimited end-user help desk support with remote assistance and on-site support during business hours at no extra cost. With our all-inclusive Founders Freedom Plan, you pay a flat monthly fee, making your IT budgeting simple and completely predictable.
The Founders Professional Plan works well for companies that have full confidence in their current IT system and their ability to purchase the best technology at the best price. On-site support during business hours is provided at an hourly rate. Travel time is included at no extra cost.
For companies that can provide their own IT system management functions, our Founders Essential Plan is an economical answer to monitoring and support challenges and enhances internal IT staff performance. This plan does not include management services but does offer 24/7 monitoring with remote preventive maintenance assistance. On-site support and travel time are is provided at an hourly rate.
