New Samaritan Corporation

New Samaritan Corporation does a few things. They develop real estate and housing for low-income elderly and they own and operate a 98-bed skilled nursing facility. One thing they don't do anymore is worry about their IT network. Thanks to Founders Technology Group.

Before switching to Founders, they were using a firm that was charging them more money to do less. And when they'd get estimates, the rates were exorbitant. So they put out an RFP and Founders responded.

The year-end financials for the organization show savings of $36,000 because of using Founders. But that’s not all. Community Health Charities of New England

Community Health Charities of New England hired Founders Technology Group to help manage their IT network of three servers and remote offices in five states.

According to the client, the money and time-savings they are seeing, by using the Founders Professional plan, is huge. This is partially because of the 24-hours a day, 7-days a week help desk. "The help desk allows us to have a fixed IT budget no matter what happens," the client said. So, software updates are made right away. When someone at the company gets a new computer, it’s configured quickly. They also use Citrix, which allows all five offices to log-in to the network remotely.

But that’s not all. If the power goes out in the middle of the night, they get a call. Just in case they want to go in and check it out. That means that Founders is truly monitoring the system 24-7.
